These are my thoughts on chapter 2 from think and grow rich, can my thoughts help you move forward and find the answers for success? I hope so, thank you to all the great mentors in the MFF system that help me to see, feel and grow with them…….

Desire chapter 2

This is my third time to read chapter 2 on 30 day mental cleanse. It seems I am learning more and more on my third trip around.

Desire had many meanings desire to travel desire to go to a movie desire to listen to a TV show however the desire Hill is talking about is a burning desire where nothing matters but the things and thoughts you have now nothing else is important and nothing can stand in your way. It may take day’s weeks months or years for it to become a reality, but don’t stop or give up until it does become a reality.

Edison had thousands of failures before he turned on the lights. He never gave up. He stumbled and started all over again he never listened to people who called him crazy, stupid his desire far exceeded the comments of others. He knew what his dream and desire would do to the whole world and he was not going to give up. Do you have that kind of burning desire?

The little colored girl would not back down until Barnes gave her 50 cents to give to her mother. When Barnes approached her and was about to give her a beating instead of backing up she stepped forward as if to say beat me do anything you want to but give me my 50 cents to give to my mother. Do you have that kind of desire to build your home business?

Blair came into this world with no ears or any means of ever hearing or talking yet his father never gave up. He knew he would hear and speak. 18 years later he was hearing and talking like any normal human being. Do you have that kind of burning desire?

When I first started in networking marketing I knew nothing I was helpless I listened to CD’s training calls read books and was a total failure so I did nothing for 3 years then Shelly sent me a ebook success in 10 steps by Michael Dlouhy. I read it but still couldn’t do anything.

She sent me the book Think and grow rich I joined the 30 day mental cleanse, still nothing but I didn’t give up. I quit watching TV listening to the radio reading the news paper. It now has been 19 months since I have done any of those. And now on the third time to be in the 30 day mental cleanse I am beginning to see the light. I was afraid to meet and talk to people stumble with words so I started slow I would smile and say Hi to anybody that I passed or looked at me and now I can meet total strangers talk to them make friends with them make them laugh enjoy and when they would leave they would always be  laughing.

That helped but there was still something lacking I couldn’t say anything about my product or company. Then a little girl, Shelly, and listening to Michael for 19 months and a trip to Dallas opened my eyes and my heart. I could not accept help from anybody. They could hold out their hand, tell me they could help but I was deaf couldn’t hear couldn’t understand. Now my burning desire is to conquer that fear climb over crawl under or push my way through I have to do that to accomplish my goal in life now nothing is more important but to accept Michael’s mentoring for free advice and his busting my moral and like the little colored girl take a step forward not a step backwards and achieve my burning desire goal.
